    What this policy covers

This policy covers information collected through this website. If you go on to work with us as a client, additional data handling terms may apply under a separate agreement.

    Information we collect

    Website analytics

When you visit this website, we collect information to understand site traffic and activity, including your browser, network, and device details, the web pages you visited before arriving here, your IP address, and how you interact with the site — clicks, internal links, pages visited, scrolling, searches, and timestamps. This is provided to Squarespace, our website analytics provider.

    Website hosting

This website is hosted by Squarespace, who separately collect information needed to run, protect, and improve their platform, including your browser, network, and device details, and the pages you view. You can read more in Squarespace's own Privacy Policy.

    Form submissions

When you submit an enquiry through our contact form, we collect the information you provide — your name, email address, enquiry type, and message — in order to respond to you. This is provided to Squarespace, our website provider, to help manage the submission and our relationship with you.

    Scheduling

When you book a Discovery Call or other appointment through this website, we collect the information needed to complete the booking, which may include your name, email address, phone number, and details relating to the appointment. This is provided to Squarespace, our online scheduling provider.

    Cookies

This website uses cookies — small files placed on your device when you visit. Necessary cookies are always active, and allow Squarespace to securely serve this website to you. Analytics and performance cookies are only used once you've acknowledged our cookie banner. You can find details of the specific cookies used at Squarespace's cookie policy.

Why we process your information, and our lawful basis

Responding to your enquiry. When you contact us to ask a question or arrange a call, we use your information to reply. Our lawful basis is legitimate interest, or steps taken at your request before entering into an agreement.

Delivering a coaching engagement. If you go on to book a programme with us, we use your information to provide the service. Our lawful basis is performance of a contract.

Website analytics. We use analytics to understand how the site is used and improve it. Our lawful basis is consent, given through our cookie banner.

Marketing emails. If you've opted in, we use your contact details to send you updates. Our lawful basis is consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

    International transfers

Squarespace and other providers we use may store or process your information outside the UK. Where this happens, we rely on the safeguards those providers have in place, such as standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep your information

We don't keep personal information longer than necessary for the purpose it was collected for.

    Your rights

Under UK data protection law, you have the right to:

    • Access the personal information we hold about you

    • Ask us to correct it if it's inaccurate

    • Ask us to delete it, in certain circumstances

    • Object to or restrict how we use it

    • Request a copy of it in a portable format

    • Withdraw consent at any time, where consent is the basis for processing

To exercise any of these, contact us at Kimberly.Adoptie@EksploraCoaching.com. If you're not satisfied with our response, you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

    Children's privacy

This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

    Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time.
