Her first leadership role was in Hospitality, before she moved into the Insurance sector — three years working across different teams, then four years leading them. Based in the UK, she's keen to work with organisations around the world. She holds a Level 5 Coaching Professional qualification, and started Eksplorá Coaching after seeing how many newly promoted leaders are left to figure it out alone — with no training, or training too generic to help with what they're actually facing.

She's always looking for the next opportunity to learn — the same appetite for growth that took her from Hospitality into leading Insurance teams, and now into coaching others through it.
